Beautiful color that goes on goes on like silk but dries into a hard line that will not crease. 

Contains vitamin E and virgin beeswax. Dries to a nice powdery finish to flawlessly define your lips. Works well with NOUBA lipsticks.

Directions
First, sharpen the lip pencil for optimal use. Close mouth and line around the lips until desired contrast is achieved, and follow with complementary lip color.

Directions
Apply gloPrecision lip pencil to lips to enhance lip shade and wearability of lip color. Follow by applying GloGloss, gloLip stick, gloLiquid lips, or gloSheer lip stick with the attached lip brush.

GLO Expert Tips & Techniques

• To create fuller lips, apply gloPrecision Lip Pencil along the outer edge of the natural lip line and fill in with color
• To minimize the look of larger lips, apply gloPrecision Lip Pencil just inside the natural lip line
• To define lips and prevent color from bleeding or feathering, line and fill entire lip area, then apply your gloLip Stick, gloLiquid Lips or gloGloss of choice
